What are your hours of operation for full time?
We are open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
What ages of children do you provide care for at The Children's Ark?
We provide care for children from 6 weeks of age through 12 years old.
Do you have surveillance cameras in your classroom?
Yes. Each classroom has a security camera in it.
Do you offer internet viewing of your classrooms?
No, not at this time.
Are meals and snacks provided?
Yes. Morning snack, Lunch, and Afternoon snacks are provided.

Are you a licensed child care center?
We are licensed & regulated by the State of Texas.
What training do you require of your staff?
We require continuing education as mandated by the State of Texas. The current requirement is 24 hours per year for teachers and 30 hours per year for the leadership and administrators.
Do you provide transportation to and from local schools?
Yes.

What is The Children's Ark policy for bad weather closing?
If PISD closes for weather, The Children’s Ark closes but we do not provide refunds or make-up days.
